This property is in a particularly good and magnificent location, really close to town centre and sea front, the center of the town and restaurant of the area. Also, it's 3 km from Cleveleys Front Promenade. Glad I took premium king room, it was new-fashioned and panoramic.

The rooms are great-sized and well-organised and the breakfast is large! There is an electric kettle and fridges. It has absolutely perfect, lovely setting, close enough to the restaurant for one night, the harbour with lovely views and centre of the area.

Everything there was excellent and the staff were attentive and excellent. The location was excellent, just 5 min walk from Maison Henri Iv. It was located in a peaceful area short walk to the marina and the village, the Port and beach and the restaurant on the first night, a lovely base for me.
